Each apartment is assigned 1 parking space in our covered garage. There is also space for bicycles and motorcycles.
Complimentary Club House pass (21/05/2022 - 10/06/2022 and 10/09/2022 - 08/10/22) with our exclusive weekly pass, you can use the fresh water adult pool (dimensions: 33 meters by 17 meters; 3.90 meters deep). From 10/06/2023 to 08/09/2023 the pass costs €30.00 per person, per week. Access is complimentary for children below 10 years of age.
The Swimmining pool is close from 15/04/23 to 20/05/23 (included)
The check-in is from 5pm - 8pm.
Cleaning of kitchenette is to be made by guests.
Extra cleaning service is available. €150.00 deposit is required.
Additional services available at a cost
We offer a well-equipped beach service with beach umbrellas, chaise lounges, bar, showers, cabins and dressing rooms. Our guests have the right to a discount on all prices.
A charge of €8.00 per person, per week for this service. For supplemental bed linens and bath towels, a charge of €16.00 is required.
€5.00 for washing machine; €5.00 for clothes dryer.
A daily supplemental charge of € 25,00 only on request.
A daily supplemental charge € 10,00. If a guest brings his/her own crib, there is no extra charge.
We have arranged a special deal with the delightful restaurant, Il Giardino degli Aranci, which is found on the premises of the villa, and the Il Faro restaurant which is located on Bagnaia beach. They serve fresh fish dishes, local meats, and fresh fruits and vegetables from the surrounding areas.

Reception is open every day: 9:00am - 1:00pm and 3:00pm - 8:00pm.

Upon request, we can arrange transport, at a cost, from and to the port and airport.
If you desire to pass a day in peace and quiet without your children, you can leave your children in good hands with us. We will contact a professional babysitter for you. This service is available all year round.
If you want to know better Elba Island, we can organize guided tours to museums and the mines, trekking excursions and trips in boats throughout the entire Arcipelago Toscano. On the premises of our structure there are also sailing and windsurfing schools.
Upon request you can have massages, beauty treatments, depilation, manicures and pedicures. There are also special Tuina massages or plantar reflexology treatments.
we have two tennis courts. Cost: € 14.00 per hour during the day; Complimentary games for children in the park.
In the pilates room every week courses by professional instructors are held.
On request we heartily welcome small-sized animals. A daily supplemental charge is required. Only one animal for apartment.
