This year the important musical festival on Elba Island celebrates its 18th anniversary. The festival is dedicated to classical music and jazz. Every September, it brings to the island some of the most important musical talents in Europe such as Yuri Bashmet and Karin Kei Nagano. The concerts are held in some of the most beautiful locations on Elba Island including the Theater of the Vigilanti of Portoferraio, the Fortezza Pisana of Marciana, and the Duomo of San Giacomo Apostolo of Portoferraio. Among the most notable exhibitions will be those of The Moscow Soloists, an orchestra that knows how to make your heart fly more than any other event scheduled for this year.
