Prices
Hotel: rates are per room per day. Half board includes room, breakfast and evening meal.
Apartments: rates are per apartment per week.
Arrival and departure
Hotel: rooms will be available for guests from 3 p.m. on their day of arrival (Check-in can be made any time between 3 p.m. and 20 p.m.). Rooms must be vacated by 10 a.m. on the day of departure.
Apartments: the minimum stay in the apartments is 7 days with arrival and departure on saturday. Apartments will be available for guests from 5 p.m. on their day of arrival (Check-in can be made any time between 5 p.m. and 20 p.m.). Apartments must be vacated by 10 a.m. on the day of departure.
Swimmingpool service, sauna and cabins with shower
Our Club House Card allows free use of the swimming pool for all the week, included the use of decks chairs and sun umbrellas, sauna (for male and female) and cabins with shower. The service costs Euro 30,00 per person per week from 05/06 to 11/09. The service is free for children up to 10 years and for all in the other periods.
Pets
Pets are not admitted in hotel, they are admitted in our apartments on request and of small size only.
Parking
Each apartment has its own covered private parking inside the Residence: the parkings are located in a way to leave the structure and the park completely car free. For guests with hotel accommodation a private parking is available at the entrance of the Residenza.

Confirm a booking
Check the availability for the room/apartment for the dates you wish and book directly using our booking online service; you will receive confirmation in your e-mail in-box.
Cancel a booking
To cancel your booking, taking into account our cancellation terms, just click on "Cancel/Change booking" and enter your booking code.
Guarantee the booking
When you book you will not be asked to send money: the credit card will only be used for guaranteeing your booking. No charge will be made to your credit card and you can pay for your stay directly in the hotel/residence.
Credit card information
The hotel reserves the right to check the validity of the credit card before you arrive (by asking for authorisation on the credit card circuit of the card).
Cancellation terms
A fee of 10% of the booking will be charged to the credit card used as a guarantee if a booking is cancelled 30 days before the arrival date, of 30% is cancelled within 20 days, of 75% is cancelled within 10 days, of 100% is cancelled within 3 days. For no-shows, a charge of 100% of the booking will be made.
