The Residenza Sant'Anna has many apartments of various types, harmoniously integrated in the green of the untouched nature, mediterranean macchia - typical of the island of Elba -, olive trees and lawns.
The apartments, designed from the smallest to the largest in the sign of functionality and light, are arranged in a semicircle to ensure easy access to the park with all the services offered by Sant'Anna del Volterraio: swimming pool for adults, swimming pool and playground for children, sauna, bar, reastaurant, tennis courts, wellness center, laundry.
The apartments, from 2 to 8 beds, have all indipendent entrance, private patio, garden or balcony; they are comfortable and functional, all with TV and room with double bed.
Each apartment has its own covered private parking inside the Residence: the parkings are located in a way to leave the structure and the park completely car free.
In the center of Bagnaia, just 100 meters from the residence, you find every need for your vacation in apartament (market, bazar, bar, restaurant).

COMPULSORY FIXED COSTS TO PAY:
- Service Lumpsum: € 46,00 per person per week (gratis up to 4 years)for water, gas, electricity, TV, Bed linen and towels, children's swimming pool, weekly cleaning, 1 carpark in the garage of the Residenza, Mini Club (4-10 years) from 09/06 until 08/09. Forfait free for 2nd and 3rd child (4-10 years).
- The kitchenette has to be cleaned by the guest, if not we charge € 30,00.
- Deposit of € 150,00 per apartment
OPTIONAL FIXED COSTS:
- Club House Card: per person per week - FREE for children until 10 years if accompanied. The Club House Card allows free use of the swimming pool, sauna and cabins: € 30,00 from 09/06 until 08/09, gratuita dal 02/04 al 08/06 e dal 09/09 al 15/10, free from 02/04 until 08/06 and from 09/09 until 15/10.
- Wellness Center: information and booking at our desk shop.
- Bed linen or towels (extra change): € 8,00/W. per person, Bed linen and towels (extra change): € 16,00/W.
- Beach Service: booking available at our residence
- Laundromat: € 5,00 washing machines; € 4,00 dryers
- Additional bed: extra cahrge of € 50,00 in A/B/C/D, € 100,00 in E/F/G/H/I
- Cradle: € 30,00/W. N.B. free with guest's cradle
- Pets: on request and of small size only (only if provided with hygenic equipment) € 50,00/W.
- Tennis: 1 hour € 10,00; 1 night hour € 12,00
- Baby sitter on request
